India-based online travel firm MakeMyTrip.com has recently launched a new retail store in KK Nagar, Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
The online travel firm is looking forward to expand its retail operations with company-owned and franchised stores, according to The Hindu.
The firm aims to make services easily available and accessible in Tier II/III towns. The company is working towards offering quality services and innovative products.
MakeMyTrip senior vice-president Anand Kandadai said the store would offer products and services as domestic and international air, hotels and holiday packages.
The company has about 37 retail stores in 20 cities across India and 2 international offices in New York and San Francisco, in addition to several franchise locations.
